Dom and his kids

Dominic Hunter is our Partnership Coordinator this summer, and he works especially closely with campers who come to camp through our various partnerships with Newark, NJ, schools and clubs (such as the Boys' and Girls' Club). Now some of these campers are about to leave after two glorious weeks here in the valley. I snapped these photos of a group hug and tearful goodbye this morning at the final Wawayanda breakfast of the session. I personally find it so good-difficult myself to say farewell to these kids. They get so much from being at camp. It's certainly one of the main reasons why I keep coming back summer after summer.
