We call them "JCITs" - CITs from the first half of the summer who are asked to stay to work (for the first time - really be employees) as Junior Counselors. The phrase they use is "called back." As in: "I got called back as a JCIT." When this happens, and they don their staff shirts (blue this year) for the first time, it's a cause for celebration, especially on the part of their recently-former CIT Coordinators. As you see in the two photos above, taken just moments after the new staffers put on their blue shirts.
