Here's Halbe Brown and Gusty Sagendorf. Halbe befriended Gusty and for many, many years he and Frost Valley people helped her, took care of her when she needed assistance, and helped her maintain a crazily eclectic collection of tools and artifacts from Catskills farming history. Eventually we rebuilt her home (exactly as she remembered it) and in two floors above built apartments for our staff. The house and especially the land above the house had and have great views. This is all in the East Valley, up Red Hill from the FV farm.

Gusty
