Every morning after breakfast and before the first activity period, the program staff (now called "activity counselors") meets in front of Margetts Lodge. One of them leads the others in a game or activity. It's great for comraderie - not that that's lacking in the least. It's also great to prevent silos - each program staffer doing, again and again, their own thing, their specialty. It creates among them a sense of the Frost Valley anyone-can-do-anything spirit.
