Session 1 of 2013 has begun. We've had hard rain, on and off, some thunder and lightning, and lots of damp conditions generally. Everything's going very well as we head into evening programs on the second full day of the session. But back to check-in for now. Below are some photos I took during a very busy opening day. A number of alumni volunteers joined us, and helped families find villages and cabins (a huge help). Below, in order: Halbe and Jane's son David Brown brought son Ben to camp (David and his family live in Alaska!); Lillian Rountree Lippincott, with Jane (a JC), and Cooper (PAC camper); Bill Baker, Jeff Daly, and Eileen Barnes Hahn; Bud Cox with the Honmas, Emiko and Tatsuo (whose grandchildren are both here this session); Dan Weir and Jeff; John Giannotti (Oran's daughter Ceci is a Lakota camper; her counselor is my own daughter Hannah) with Greg Heinzmann; Greg with Jim Neilson.
